Study on the Design of college students’ Employment courses

with social development and technological progress, higher standards requirements are constantly put forward for talents. traditional employment courses have problems such as lack of pertinence, single content, practice, communication between teachers students, which cannot meet the needs students employment-related knowledge. centering on students’ career development, paper designs from five aspects: reforming content form guidance courses, strengthening construction service teachers, establishing perfecting extracurricular normal personalized system, cultivating graduates’ ability to independently plan future, exploring whole-cycle system.
